Service description

SMZD provides managed content publishing infrastructure. You use SMZD to launch, manage, and scale web properties. We provide hosting, CMS, newsletter, and AI tools as part of your subscription.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the content you publish. Content must comply with applicable laws. You may not use SMZD to distribute spam, malware, or illegal material. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Ownership

You retain full ownership of all content you create. SMZD does not claim intellectual property rights over your posts, media, subscriber lists, or site designs. Your domains remain your property at all times.

Billing & cancellation

Subscriptions are billed monthly. You can cancel at any time. When you cancel, active properties can be frozen into static sites that remain online. You can export all data before or after cancellation.

Service availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee 100% uptime. We will communicate any planned maintenance in advance. Unplanned outages will be addressed with priority.
